2. Informational Use Only

NukeMonitor provides radiation monitoring data sourced from a range of sensors across third-party monitoring networks. This data is provided for informational purposes only.

NukeMonitor is not a certified emergency notification system. Do not rely solely on NukeMonitor for life-safety decisions. Always follow guidance from official government emergency services and civil defence authorities in your region.

3. Station Coverage and Availability

Monitoring stations are not available in every country or continent. Coverage is concentrated in regions where volunteer-operated sensors have been deployed. Continents where stations are often available include:

• Europe — including Germany, France, United Kingdom, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, and others
• North America — including the United States and Canada
• Asia — including Japan, South Korea, China, India, and others
• Oceania — including Australia and New Zealand
• South America — including Brazil, Argentina, and others
• Africa — limited coverage in select countries

Individual stations may go offline at any time due to hardware issues, network outages, or other factors. Not all stations listed are guaranteed to be available or reporting at any given time. Absence of data for a region does not indicate absence of radiation risk.

4. Accuracy of Data

Radiation readings displayed in NukeMonitor are sourced from a range of sensors and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented.

5. No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NukeMonitor and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or reliance on the application or its data. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from missed alerts, incorrect readings, or service outages.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or use the application for any unlawful purpose.

7. Push Notifications

Push notifications are provided on a best-effort basis. Delivery is dependent on your device, browser, and network conditions. We do not guarantee that all alerts will be delivered or delivered in a timely manner.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue NukeMonitor at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of NukeMonitor after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
